The Blue Ridge & Western Railroad was created to be a “thinking model railroad” centered on train-order, car card and waybill operations. That objective remains dead-ahead and the daylight at the end of the tunnel signals our excitement.
Here, club electrician Dave Melling, demonstrates the 3D printed signal and switch motor components, produced by club 3D printer and locomotive optimizer, Stan Sitzman.
These components will rapidly assimilate with the club’s requisition Saturday of a significant financial investment in powered and signaled switches. We cannot wait to show off the results of these investments of time, talent and treasure! 🚂🚃🚝💸💵💸⏰⏱🕰
